• Users whose accounts have previously been closed for any reason
• Gd89 employees and their immediate family members

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

• Exploiting technical glitches or bugs

08 Fraud & Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to access or hack another user's account
• Any attempt at a cyberattack or data theft targeting gd89

If any such activity is detected, the relevant account will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited. Legal action may also be taken where necessary.

09 Limitation of Liability

Gd89 is not liable for the following:
